1. What makes all of our gifts (talents) and good deeds have real value and meaning?

 

 

2. Why does Paul describe speaking with the tongues of men and of angels without having love, as being like sounding brass or a clanging symbol?

 

 

 

3. Paul personifies love in verses 4-8. What characteristics and attributes of the true love of God can we observe?

5. In verse 8 Paul says that love will never fail, but prophesies will fail. What does the word "fail" mean here? Also check other translations for other words used here. Is this how we commonly use the word?
